It's been a busy month. Lots of old Levent Hotel guests have been to visit and thanks to a fabulous piece in the Sun Express written by Mandy at Vartur Estate Agents, we have had lots of Fethiye residents coming to the shop to buy greetings cards and presents. The Calis Forum have been kind too and still more customers have come along to check out the shop as a result of that too. Thanks everyone for your support.

- My husband and I run a small jewellery/gift shop in the Turkish seaside town of Fethiye. I make most of the things I sell. I have been making jewellery for about three years and in the future I would like to study traditional Turkish handicrafts with an emphasis on how I can adapt traditional patterns and crafts into jewellery making. I also make hand made greetings cards for my shop. I use anything that takes my fancy in the construction, but since my passion is beads, what takes my fancy is usually beads! I use semi precious, Swarovski and fresh water pearls in my luxury range. This year will be the first year we open. Last year we ran the Levent Hotel in Fethiye and many of our guests were also customers for my jewellery. So fingers crossed
